Warranty Information

DXTECH Asia offers a TWO-YEAR warranty for the whole fiber laser cutting machine. 

Within the warranty period, we will replace the broken parts free of charge under normal use and maintenance, except for the human-caused damages. Besides, the fiber laser source will only be repaired, not replaced.

We also provide parts and accessories at cost price even the warranty period expires. A life-time technical support and guidance are also provided by our skilled engineers and technicians.

DXTECH Asia’s working time is 8:30 am-17:30 pm from Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday BJT.
